The Role

As a pivotal member of the People Team, the HR Coordinator provides broad generalist administration and assistance involving:                                                                                       

  • Preparation of employment contracts and employee correspondence
  • Coordinating new starters
  • Establishing and maintaining employee records
  • Providing accurate and timely support on HR processes and all aspects of the employee lifecycle
  • Managing and actioning requests through a central HR Support inbox
  • Participating in and supporting various HR team projects
  • Supporting the Chief People Officer and the HR Managers with Adhoc requests
  • Generating reports and key people metrics as required

About You

HR/general administrative experience is an advantage but not essential. We are looking for somebody with the right core attributes and a can-do attitude, and – perhaps - just as importantly somebody that is fun!. The successful candidate will also need to be able to demonstrate:

  • The ability to maintain confidentiality and to demonstrate maturity and judgement
  • A high level of attention to detail, as well as good administrative and organisational skills
  • Strong interpersonal, collaboration and communication skills
  • A strong client service ethic and ideally some level of demonstrated stakeholder relationship capability
  • Proactivity to identify and improve processes 
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks with conflicting deadlines and prioritise accordingly
