Reporting to the Head of Operations, the Office Services Co-ordinator will be responsible for the administration and smooth running of the Melbourne office including: seat allocations, office equipment and furniture, security, facilities, catering/ordering, office administration as well as overseeing two office services assistants and backup for reception. More broadly this will include:
